Deposit + Refund Policies


Our goal at ROBIN NUBER PHOTOGRAPHY is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. 

DEPOSITS

ROBIN NUBER PHOTOGRAPHY requires a 50% deposit to book a session. Wedding and Engagement sessions require the remaining balance to be paid within two weeks of the session or Wedding date. The preferred method of payment is Cheque, Cash, eTransfer, however, ROBIN NUBER PHOTOGRAPHY does offer Square Mobile Payment as an option with a 3.75% charge for VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. Applicable taxes do apply to all sessions booked with ROBIN NUBER PHOTOGRAPHY. 

REFUND POLICY

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents ROBIN NUBER PHOTOGRAPHY from completing or attending a shoot on a scheduled date, the client will receive a full refund of their deposit. If the client fails to attend the photo session on the scheduled date and time or cancels within 24 hours of a session, no refund will be given. If you need to cancel a portrait session, please give me a weeks notice if possible and I will be more then happy to reschedule to a different date and time for your session. There will be NO REFUNDS of your deposit if you cancel your session all together. I do offer clients the ability to transfer the session to another person to fulfill or reschedule to a later date.

REFUND POLICY FOR PRINTS

Due to the nature of digital photography and the time and effort I put into each and every session before, during, and after the session, I have a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed, it is considered non-refundable. Refunds will not be given due to "not liking a photo". If a client is unhappy with a photo, additional session time of 1/2 hour will be offered to the client in addition to a link with 5 high resolution edited images at no additional charge. There are NO refunds for any sale offered.
